Toyota Other Vents Problem

I have a 2002 Toyota Allion 1nz-fe model , its strange when i turn on the heater after the car warms up the two left air vents are hot but the right two air vents are slightly cooler do you know why ? can anyone help ?

Check the vents and air mix door operations.

i check the vents their is nothing obstructing them .. i have also checked the air mix servo which is 1 in the car not 2 and its working ok , what else do you think would be the problem ?

Did you check if the vents are closing fully? Any leakages would result i the problem described.

Visual inspection is required to verify if the blend doors closes fully and note if sponges are torn, tatterred.

Are the air flow similar for both right and left?

yes the blend doors closes fully. sponges are ok

Are right and left air flow similar in volume?
Was anything done prior to this occurring?
Did you check the air flow ducts for leakages?

when i have it on cold all 4 ducts are similar in voluume . when i turn it to hot the 2 left one pump out much more air tha the right ones. the far right nearly no air volume .. why its funny . nothing was done .. i checked for leakages but nothing all seems ok.

The air distribution vents seems to be at fault and the heater housing might have to be disassembled to check/repair.
You mentioned a one air mix actuator. Check the actuator linked vents for damage.

tes but to do that i have to open my heater box correct ?
