The air blend door switches from cold to hot

no heat, blower is working and I have replaced thermostat and blown out heater core what is nexted

Sufficient coolant in the cooling system? Heater control valve operating properly?

Are both heater hoses hot to the touch? Test the thermostat hot and cold

Coolant level good. How do I check the heater control valve
I will heat it up and see if hoses are hot to touch

If both heater hoses are hot when the engine gets hot, the valve is working.
