In changing out the battery I inadvertantly crossed the positive pole with a wrench. A few sparks insued. I tried to start the car after the cables were hooked up. The car would start only to die . I could keep the revs up by depressing the gas only to have the car die when foot off the gas. I looked at the fuse box next to the battery and they seemed ok without tearing things apart . I am not a total idiot when it comes to cars. Can you help me?
