Ok on this 02 suzuki vitara 2.0 engine: have this vibration noise or rattle sounds like a heat sheild broken or loose ive check the exhaust all the heat sheilds cant find any loose or broken. When I start the engine and it begains to idle I hear noise sounds like under the valve cover or front of engine. I can by hand reach over and manualy turn up the idle and its when I can hear all that vibration I did change the belt and tenison pulley, idle pulley was ok I turn all pullys by hand and they seem ok didnt feel or hear, noise or roughness

Check to make sure the insides of the converter or resinator isn't loose.

Ty for your help. It did help. Made me get off my butt and go to the exhaust shop so they could raise the vehicle on a lift. Tks again :)
