WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN ONE TIRE OF THE AWD SYSTEM IS SPINNING SLPWER AND CAN BE STOPPED WITH MY HANDS WHILE JACKED OFF THE GROUD?

2002 Subaru Outback • 103,000 miles

I jacked my car up and put it in gear and the front drivers side tire was spinnging slow and I could stop it with my hands, and it while driving it it feels like its slipping especially on hard turns, is it my cv axle? Or viscous coupler?

It is normal for one wheel to turn slower than the other and you can stop one wheel from spinning manually because the differential would transfer the power to the other.
