Most likely a CV axle. Inspect boots for leaks/tears.

Both axel/cv assemblys recently were replaced. Problem seem to start about 3 months after right front was replaced for torn boot

Raise car, put on stands, grasp wheel and push/pull both horizontally and vertically. If any movement, then bearing, bushing, tie rod, ball joint.

Front end components feel tite. Could right side reman axel have gone bad. Also follow up, problem seems to occur after driving for about 10 miles. The thumping becomes more severe during low speed turns left or right or even in reverse. After about 10 mi of driving

I would think either a CV joint or wheel bearing.

Classic symptom of CV axle is clicking/clunking while turning.
