2002 Saturn SL2 Repair Question

Saturn SL2 Battery Problem
I tried to start the car but it does not crank at all. It happens before. I came a couple days check the fuses and it start. The battery is good. I tried to get a jump; but nothing happened.

Get a test light or a multimeter and see if there is power to the small purple wire at the starter with the key in the start position?If there is most likely a bad starter if the battery and connections are good.Let me know what you find.
