When I start the vehicle, the clock in the radio rests to 12:00; station presets are not affected.

Does the cranking appear to have slowed, have you possibly got a battery that is getting low on charge?

No, the battery appears to be fine. I'll put a volt meter on it when I get home today just to be sure but I suspect something else is going on.

There could be an issue with the radio, but if the power to the radio is dipping below approximately 9 volts during cranking, the clock will reset.

Ok, I'll put a voltmeter on the battery and see what the reading is when the engine is cranking over.

Thanks!
