If I have already changed the thermostat, radiator temperature sensor, the fans work well, and recently was made an overhall because the motor head was chopped. A detail I notice is that a hose that goes to the left side engine heats up while the same hose but form the right side of the motor is colder

Can you take pictures of those hoses? It sounds like maybe the radiator may be clogged or the water pump is faulty.

Specifically, how hot is the engine getting?
Do the fans shut off on their own?

These are the hose I mentioned, but also I already change the water pump 2 month ago and the mechanic said that he drained the radiator. The temperature goes to 300Â in 10 minutes or less. I have checked the engine oil deposit and there is no evidence of water mixed with oil so I think the motor head is no more chopped. The yellow arrow is the hose that becames hot

There is no way the temp is reaching 300 degrees. That's not possible. You need to first get an accurate reading on just what the temp is doing. These engines run hot normally when idling. The fans don't even turn on till about 226. You need to use either a scan tool to read the temp the computer is seeing or a laser thermometer at the thermostat housing.
