Overheating car

My car gets up to about 210 the hotest so far.I replaced the thermostat and cap and still does it water pump seems to not have a leak not 100% sure when stoped it seems to rise then when driving any suggestions?

Check to make sure the cooling fans are coming on. Also, check the radiator to see if it is corroded inside. It may need flushed. Check to make sure none of the radiator hoss are collapsing when it gets hot. Remember, most likely your thermostat isn't designed to fully open until 195 Degrees F. 210 is getting high, but not really bad.
