Is the power windows, tachometer, speedometer and turn signal on the same circuit on the 2002 Bonneville

Cause the owner said he had someone working on it and hook up the battery cables wrong or something shorted something out. And another thing was odd when I hook the battery it was arching real bad

The fuses for the windows and door locks are under the rear passenger seat lh side. Ther eis a cirucit breaker for the windows that was probably fried when the battery was hooked up wrong. Hard telling what else was fried when this happened. Check those fuses there as they probably burnt up. If not then check your switches. You will be lucky if you haven't destroyed your body/window and lock modules along with any other one.
