If you have the tools there should be a hole in the bumper to put the tool through and you crank the spare tire down

I really do not get what you meant to ask. However, I tend to think that you are referring to how you can remove and replace tires. Maybe you come up again clearly. But still, it is easy to work on tires provided you have the right tools with you.
