What is causing my cars hesitation and shaking when going over 60 and stoping?

This vehicle hesitates when applying acceleration and the wheels almost spin backwards. the car also shakes when giong over 60 mph. and when slowing. The oil mysteriously evaporates and will ask to have the engine oil change

The disappearing oil could mean it is being burnt in the cylinders and this can result in the spark plugs fouling up which in turn leads to the hesitation during acceleration due to misfirings.
You need to heve the spark plugs and related components checked.
As to the vehicle shaking at 60 mph, it could be tires requiring balancing, faults in the drive trains or bent rims.
