No man it's just a problem in a hill side road , the power decrease when this vehicle 2002 Nissan x-trial drive on hill side, but at the plane roads its have more power.

You might want to check the fuel pressure. If that is okay check the compression. Auto Zone or Advance Auto loan out the tools to do this.
