It could be weak sparks, low fuel pressure or a bad Engine Coolant Temperature sensor.

If the Check Engine Light is indicating, get a free scan done at Autozone and post the codes here.

If no codes are present, get the fuel pressure tested.

There are no codes coming up and I have replaced my spark plugs intake air temp sensor cam and crank sensor fuel pressure regulator coolant temp sensor and the aux air control module I have recently found out that I might need to replace the ecu in my car because the air control stopped working until I shut of and turned on my car and when I turn on my lights half of the lights in the dash turn on and then the rest of them come on 3 secs later I was wondering if there was a way to manually reset the ecu with out having to replace it bc I do not have $300 to spend on an ecu

Try disconnecting the battery negative terminals and reconnecting after 30 minutes to see if it works.
