My car is very hard to start first time in the morning. It starts pretty easy the rest of the day. Only does this sometime. I just hold the key to the start position and itwill finally start after a minutes so.

Most likely due to low fuel pressure. If cycling the ignition on and off 2 or 3 times before starting helps, the fuel pressure/delivery system is what you should be looking at.
