Nissan Patrol/Safari Gas Problem
4wd - my 4.8 liter patrol has a rough idle after having had the head gasket redone. what might this be?

HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SINCE THE HG WAS DONE?
HAS THE IDLE BEEN AN ISSUE IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD?....WHAT ABOUT PRIOR?
