Oil burn smell with no leak apparent while driving at highway speed.

I will drive for 30 minutes or more at consistent highway speed and smell it inside can with windows down. I know car is burning oil as I see blue smoke from exhaust pipe upon exportation, but this, does not explain this particular issue, HELP! Thx in advance.
