NISSAN ALTIMA ENGINE PROBLEM

Its a 2.5 also but I changed out the upper thermostat because it was running hot, there wasn't one in even it but now that I changed it its skipping and the service engine light is blinking what do I do. When I bought the car at 96000 miles it had a random misfire so I just changed all four coils and it ran fine

The plugs were changed when I changed the coils so they got like thirty thousand miles on them I have not been able to run a code reader on it since yesterday but the code before I it started running hot was a mass air flow leak can't find leak though
