I recently replace the a/c compresor. when i took it to get charge i told them what i did. the tech, ask me if that was the only thing i replaced i re
So the thech. said you need to replace a couple more things. do you know what I need to replace?

Did he tell you what couple more things you need to replace? Have it evacuate and charge it-

Its a good idea to replace the expansion valve and the receiver drier was the compressor leaking or had internal problems.

You will need a filter if the compressor failed internally to catch old pieces of the compressor . If the clutch went bad or it was just leaking you won't need a filter
