Recently the belt busted from my montero and it killed the motor, and left me stranded. The battery will not take charge for a boost and it is a new battery. And the montero wont turn on or crank by replacing the belt will the montero start bk up again?

Which belt are we talking about, the timing belt or the serpentine belt which turns the alternator, A/C compressor, etc?

Its' an interference engine so you probably bent valves. Then have the battery checked.
