alternator and starter and car still won't start

I replaced the battery, checked and passed the alternator and starter and car still won't start, what else could it be and how do I check and change it

The ca is a 2.4 liter, 4 cylinders, checked the fuses and they see to be fine, the alternator and starter are fine and I just changed the battery

So does the engine crank and not start?Or no crank no start?

No crank and no start, the power will go on, and when I turn the key to crank it, it just dies

So when you turn the key to start it all dash lights warning lights etc die out?

I do, and I checked all the fuses and they all work, I was told that it mite b an electrical issue but I don't know how to check or where to start.

Are the battery cables clean and tight?If so measure the voltage at the battery while turning the key to the start position what is the voltage read?

You can get one for cheap do you have harbor frieght tools around you?They have multimeters cheap there.

There still cheap there you can even rent one if you ask for there Fuel pump tester kit.
