My car recently shut off while I was driving. There were no signs or indications of the car smoking or temperature gauge going into the red. I had the car diagnosed and come to find out the timing belt went out which wrapped around a pulley. I had the car fixed. The mechanic called and to me the head gaskets were blown and needed to be replaced which will cost me another 700.00. I didnt allow him to fix my car because I felt he was after money. I got my car back but when I start the car its a very loud rumbling noise and the entire engine shakes which cause the car to shut off. At this point, there s still no signs of smoking or the car getting hot. I am at a loss and do not know what to as far as getting it fixed. Can you please help me in figuring out what may be wrong at this point? IM FRUSTRATED!

When the timing belt broke, you bent valves which require removal of the head and replacing valves.
