i replaced my starter and fuel pump cause my car wouldnt start and now it still wont start and i cant hear the fuel pump humming what else can be wrong

The fuel pump should not be running if the engine isn't rotating. You don't want it to keep on running after a crash that ruptures a fuel line. It will run for one second after turning on the ignition switch.
