2002 Mercedes Benz 270ml Repair Question

The motor turns very slowly when starting like a car with a flat battery. This went away a I thought it was the battery that were not fully charged. The problem started again after a month. If the car were driven quite a lot during the day it even got worse ,especially when hot outside.When starting , the motor turned very slow before it starts.I put in a new mercedes bens battery today and the same problem persists.
Does anybody know what causes this.

Pls check if the earth wire between engine and gearbox is will tire or the keystarter problem.

I have a ML 270 cdi and i have a problem get blak smoke when is work minimou i do all the servis.
