2002 Mercedes Benz 190d Repair Question

1.My car is not picking faster on pressing the accelerator, 2 . where is the car radio booster located in my car, because the speaker is not working.
The car radio technician said there should be a booster before the car radio could work with the speakers in the car.

the booster is located in the rear of the vehicle under the back glass/ picking up speed possible fuel problem
