2002 Mazda 626 Repair Question

Mazda 626 Radio Problem
I tried to install a radio and cut the factory radio wiries and now the alarm doesn't work,interior lights don't work,and it takes a minute for it to start.What do I do to fix it?

Check the fuses, Radio, Room and Audio.
