2002 Lexus IS 300 Repair Question

2002 Lexus IS300 sometimes won't start - won't even make noise then starts shortly thereafter
New battery - changed cables - lights and radio work but occasionally car is dead turning the key for like 10 minutes, then it starts - it doesn't appear that playing with battery connections affects it

theer are two fuse and a relay int he underhood electrical box. check those, then the next time it happens, if yo ucan reach the starter hit the body of hte starer, if it starts replace teh starter.
