2002 Land Rover Discovery 2 Repair Question

Discovery, replaced water pump,radiator, coolant resevoir lines running from coolant tank. coolant is shooting out of coolant tank, radiator was burped and coolant is not hot
Replaced water pump, replace radiator, replaced 2 coolant lines that run from coolant tank. not radiator hoses. radiator was burped but coolant is shooting out of coolant tank, doesn't appear to be flowing. there is also a skipping of motor, seems some cylinders are not firing correctly
