Jeep liberty 2002- code 131- replaced senor, will get over 2000rpm, runs rough, and won't to stall?

The bank 1 #1 oxygen sensor is shorted to ground. Either the sensor is bad or you have a wire that has melted and is shorting.

Check that and let me know what you find.
