Jeep Grand Cherokee Gas Problem

I have a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee limited. It has the 4.7 h.o. V8. When I start it, it bogs out and dies unless you give it lots of gas. I have replaced the fuel pump and filter twice over 3 1/2 years, and recently the sending unit. It's getting horrible gas milage and sometimes dies in reverse if not giving it gas. I took it to my friends shop who did the fuel pump and he put on a fuel pressure gauge and couldn't duplicate the problem. Problem seems to be worse when warm. I suspect a PCM or fuel injection issue. Me and my mechanic friend are at a loss and can't figure it out. It does the above bogging out 99 times out of 100. Car runs fine after starting except for an unrelated belt squeal when cold. Help me diagnose or troubleshoot ahhhh
