How do I replace the valve springs on it?

If you're talking about the valve springs on the cylinder head-you need a valve compressor -check tool rental place-or the springs on the struts-

Thank you, I got the tool already, however I need to know how to take it of, and what pressure does it need to be in to put it back together. I need to know what pressure do the springs go on, and also the plastic things the springs sit on.

You just need to compress the springs enough to re fit the collets.
