Heather Fan blower motor started making a ticking sound when it is on. Replacement needed? How do I see where it is to diagnose problem?

Id remove the blower motor. See if movement in blower motor shaft, up/down, in/out. If any movement, replace the blower motor. Another thought is too make sure no condensation build up in the blower housing.

The blower motor is under right side of dash. Don't have removal procedure at the moment. Id have to look at it.
