Does anyone know how to replace the flex coupler neck in/on (?) the exhaust for my 02' Hyundai Elantra? Is this something you can do at home fairly easy or should I get it done at a auto shop like the mechanics are telling me I should?

Thanks

Do you mean the fron exhaust pipe?

For the exhaust system, it is more of a bolt on type so there is nothing that a DIY person can't do.

Prior to loosening bolts and nuts related to the exhaust system, it is best to spray some rust inhibitants and perform the job when the system is hot. Working cold on the system tends to heve the bolts or nut seizing. Wear gloves for protection.
