Honda Other Suspension Problem
Hey I'm wondering if you lower your car so much that the wheel is being scraped is it unsafe? And why and what can happen

Of course it is unsafe. It is unsafe to modify suspension from it's original configuration in any way. You throw all the suspension engineering out the window.
