2002 Honda Accord engine missing some times

My car have engine rpm fluctuation not every time. If start missing it will continue idle and running(some time cold time /warm time) I have doubt ignition coil because primary winding resistance little high. But I check spark in out side spark is normal. That is I contact you. Because parts is expensive, plz give a advice thank you,
i checked spark plug, spark plug wire, injector, fuel pump, replaced fuel filter, ignition power, all is normal.
then what I have to check to solve this problem

engine oil, air filter replaced
engine oil & coolant not reduce
