2002 Honda Accord changing sparkplogs

I purchased some sparkplugs for my car, I would like to get some guidlines how to change them out. I got 4 cables right on top of the engine cover and I pulled one up and there is a black stick looking on at, I tought that this where the plugs. But is not. Maybe you can send me a manuel or some drawing. Thanks

The arrow in the pic may be the piece you are talking about it probably broke off unless you see a tiny metal connector. If it broke you will need new wire set as well. Remove plugs on a COLD engine and put anti sieze on newplug threads. Torque to about 7-14 ft lbos.
