My driver side tire is making a rubbing noise what could it be?

While driving a whoop whoop whoop noise comes from my drivers side front tire doesn't do it when I break and haven't noticed it when I turn only seems to do it while driving straight. It seems extremely loud and bad at high rates of speed but hardly noticeable at lower rates of speed. Almost like it's rubbing on something. I changed the wheel bearings to see if that was the problem my truck rode smoother but the noise is still there no different than before. A couple of times when it first started after getting out of my car I smelled hints of burnt rubber.
