2002 GMC Envoy Repair Question

GMC Envoy Dealer Problem
My RPMs gauge shows 6-7000 at start/idle and off the gauge when running. It will not go down. What do I do?

SOUnds like you need a new cluster. You will have to go to the dealer for that I guess
