miss firing on the 3rd piston

Ford Taurus ; i've replaced all the plugs and wiring for same; replaced the coil pack; still miss firing. I've had the dealer replace the plugs and wires; than the coil; still miss firing on the 3rd piston;

compression test? check/replace injector?

could be wiring/connector issue or vacuum leak also.
