2002 Ford Taurus Engine won't start.

No spark to the spark plugs, Primary coil resistance is 0.7 ohms at each coil of the coil pack. Secondary resistance is just over 10,000 ohms at each coil. Reading 12 volts on the red wire to the connector with the key on. Replaced the crankcase position sensor, experiencing the same problem. With the key on, and the CPS connector disconnected, reading 1.5 volts to ground on both prongs, the signal wire and the return wire.

I'm afraid you're going to need some equipment that you likely don't have to get to the bottom of this.

You're going to need a professional level scan tool to monitor data in the computer to determine if the PCM is receiving the correct signals. You will also need a lab scope to test for digital signals at various points.
