I have a 2002 ford mustang gt. And the oil in the fill valve looks like it has chocolate milk in it. And the oil smells like gas. What could be the problem.

When you say fill valve I am presuming you are meaning the oil filler cap? And no the exhaust will not cause this, but it should be repaired as well as a leaking exhaust is a serious health problem.

Get a head check done, this is a simple chemical test for exhaust gasses in the cooling system, if positive this will indicate a head problem, a coolant system pressure test will locate any external coolant leaks, do both these test as well.
