2002 Ford Focus Repair Question

Ford Focus Engine Problem
The valve dropped on my head and blew a hole in my number one cylinder. i want to replace the head but not sure if anything else can be wrong with the block. what are my chances the block is still good?

Block might not be damaged but the piston and connecting rod would definitely be bad. You need to disassemble the engine to be able to find out the extent of the damage.
