2002 Ford Focus Repair Question

When stopped, occasionally revs dropped and then raise back up. does only when stopped, i believe it could be the fuel pump, or maybe injectors.
2002 ford focus ZX3 2.0 I4 16valve V-tech
my car will suddenly drop revs when i stop and then gain them back a few seconds later. only happens when stopped, and then goes back to being normal. its a manual and it sounds similar to when your about to kill it ya'know. does it regardless of having a full tank of gas or near empty.any advice is greatly appreciated.
car could need something like a new fuel pump i believe,though the one on my car does look new.

Check the idle air control valve, TPS and MAF sensor-if okay check the fuel pressure
