Car making hard vibration noise front right end while turning right under torque. I replaced both sway bar end links and still have same problem? This year is known for coil springs breaking could it be that?

Doubt it's your coil spring, but all you need to do is take off the wheel and look at it.

You also shouldn't replace parts if you're not sure they're the problem. This only gets expensive and never works. Test them first.

As for your vibration, check for an abnormally worn tire first, then the wheel bearings/hub or worn bushing.
