Ford F-350 Differential Problem
Parked the truck at night next morning got up turned the truck on let it warm up and put it in reverse nothing put it in drive nothing tried to put it in park and made a grinding noise prior to that had no trouble at all what could it be?

make sure the driveshaft is turning. the trans may be good but the differential may be failing. otherwise you have an internal trans failure
