2002 Ford F 250 Get Steel Line Caliper Flex Junction On Frame Off After Already

How do I get the steel line from the caliper to the flex line at the junction on the frame off after I have already unhooked the steel line coming from the brake booster I can't get the clip on the flex line off of the frame to replace it. Ty
