Ford Explorer Blend door Problem
There is a clicking noise coming fron the drivers rear side panel in the cargo area. any thoughts ?

rear blend door actuator bad. what happens is the teeth on one of the gears in the actuator break off and the motor keeps trying to return to the start position but cant. so you have to replace the actuator. or unplug it if you dont have the cash($50 max for part) but if you're going through the trouble of unpluging it you might as well replace it.
