I just bought a 2002 ford expedition the car was not moved for a year I drove it home and when i hit the brakes to stop its pulsates what can wrong

A pulsing brake pedal usually means a warped brake rotor. Some MINOR warpage can be removed by resurfacing the rotor, while most warpage requires a new rotor.
