Ford 500 Tire Problem
Changed the rear wheel bearings on the right side and it's like that one tire is locked up

Apparently something is having clearance problems for one reason or another. May have even been the wrong hub installed. It need to be inspected to find out what is causing it.

Recheck the work done and ensure the brake components are installed and adjusted correctly.
